How we handle your personal data

Introduction

This notice describes how Mea World S.r.l. processes the personal data of users who visit the website and use the available services. The notice is provided pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

As of today, we do not use third-party tracking tools or non-essential cookies. Personal data are processed solely to handle requests submitted via the site and to ensure the security and proper functioning of the pages.

Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Responding to requests sent via the contact form (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures).
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the website and the security of systems (legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest).
  • Any aggregate technical analysis on site usage, limited to logs and metrics not attributable to the user (legal basis: legitimate interest). In the absence of third-party tools, consent is not required.
